►THE CLASS
Care of Magical Creatures is an optional class for students in their 3-7 year at Hogwarts. Not only do you learn about the myriad of fantastic creatures in the wizarding world, but you also learn hands-on how to defend yourself against, tame, and care for them. There will also be lessons concerning beings such as merpeople and centaurs, riding lessons for species of Winged Horses and Dragons, and dissecting classes for learning how to get ingredients for potions.

- Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander
- Monster Book of Monsters

►CLASS RULES
-1- Don't do anything to the creatures unless I tell you to. They're dangerous and, more importantly, you could injure them. If I see any creatures being abused, house points will be deducted and I'll write you up for detention.
-2- Don't be late. Most of my classes are in the Forbidden Forest and it would be such a shame if you got lost trying to find us. However, if you are late, just knock on my door and I'm sure Naga will show you where to go.
-3- There is very little homework in my class, but if I give any, I expect you to do it. Any late or incomplete assignments will be met with the deduction of ten points.

►CREATURES IN THE CURRICULUM
(According to Ministry determined classes)
Since class X is so dreadfully boring, we'll be doing a little bit of work with class XX but mostly learn about class XXX, XXXX, and XXXXX. Honestly, those three groups are the only ones really worth studying.
