This shop is on the second level of the building across from Borgin and Burkes. The door has a large, black knocker on it and the door itself is locked from the inside. The owners only allow trusted customers to enter due to the fact that their business is not exactly on the right side of the law. They sell all sorts of Dark creatures and break the Ban on Experimental Breeding. They also sell all the supplies you'll ever need to breed your own illegal animals!

This is your one stop for everything dead and undead; The Coffin House specializes in funeral services, getting rid of unwanted corpses, and raising the dead. Ghoulish coffins line the walls, many of which are being pounded on from the inside. All of the items needed for the Dark Art of necromancy are located on dusty old shelves on the wall opposite the entrance.
