No, but seeing as how they're both Professors, they might be brilliant to roleplay together - whether it be for a enemy relationship, or a simple, calm one that Lucifer could actually - well, absorb. He'd never had someone who could have a flat-out conversation so easily, and is rather excited about COMC; he just was never just good at conversations and wanted to cut a part of a creature to use as a Potion ingredient. :'D That could be pretty messy; but he does truly love animals.
And Lucifer would totally want to check up on the delightful snake of his, and when he finds out that Vivien's a Parseltongue, going to flip. Rather, he'd be intrigued and all that jazz, and can't help but to maybe hit on him a little?
