Goes by 'Fallen', 'Goddess', 'Dark Queen', or (most commonly amongst the public) 'The Dark Lady' Age: She appears to be around twenty. However, she is MUCH older than she appears. She knows most of her subordinates from the time they were infants. Gender: Female. Sexuality: Asexual. Blood Type: Pure. Species: Witch. Familiar: A Hungarian Horntail by the name of Gula. I mean, really, they're all the rage amongst the magical conquerors of the world, right? But really, it was simply a generous gift of thanks from the demon king Purson. Patronus: An angel with wings of darkness. It's the reason that so many people call her Fallen. Boggart: Drowning. Place Of Work: Who needs to work when you're leading an army of Purebloods? Honestly, where are you coming up with these questions? Position: The Dark Lady. Strong Subjects: ⇢ Dark Arts. They are her specialty, of course. In fact, she has greatly furthered this branch of magic by inventing new spells, more torturous poisons, and more powerful horcruxes. It has taken her many decades to rise to the power she is at today. ⇢ Demonology. She has friends in high (and low) places who would sacrifice their lives (and unlives) for her. Many of her possessions are gifts from them, and she has even managed to summon Abezethibou and escape the Ministry's justice (consequently, making him into a more-than-willing ally). It is said that she even made an Unbreakable Vow with him, but no one knows exactly what it was that the two promised each other. Weak Subjects: ⇢ Muggle studies. Really, there's no need to accept the enemy as an equal; clearly they're not. Fallen sees them as no more than obnoxious pests which should be eradicated. ⇢ Art. She has better things to do with her unlife. Wandcrafting: ⇢Wood: Yew ⇢Core: Acromantula web and Basilisk skin, perhaps the two most Dark Art oriented cores from two of the most dangerous creatures known to wizard kind. ⇢Length: 13". How lucky. ⇢Flexibility: As rigid as her iron will. Personality: ⇢ ENVY. The Dark Lady takes what she wants, but if you have something that she can't take (such as supernatural powers or divine beauty) she'll act rather sour towards you. The horcrux which embodies her most envious thoughts is a gorgeous ring of jade, carved into the intricate form or a serpent with eyes of blood red ruby. Whomever wears it is said to hear teasing whispers in their head, eternally reminding them of their own faults and others good features. Consequently, it also enhances the wearer's skill with Human Transfiguration. ⇢ GLUTTONY. If you want to get on her good side, give her a room full of chocolates and sugary sweets. She is almost always seen with something delicious brushing across her tongue. This horcrux is in the form of a simple amethyst gem. Although it looks fragile, the strongest man could not break this stone if he was given the most powerful weapons in the world. The consequence of wearing this accessory is the wearer is eternally hungry. It's not that their body doesn't absorb the calories -- it does -- but the person's hunger for food can never be satiated. Since the Dark Lady hasn't yet found any magical benefit it provides, she's embedded it within the body of her pet dragon. A dragon that doesn't get bored of eating human flesh is the perfect pet in her mind. ⇢ GREED. Well obviously, if she didn't want to rule the wizarding world and everything in it, she wouldn't have become the Dark Queen! She loves nearly all forms of wealth and tangible luxuries (and consequently has quite a bit). She always wears some piece of priceless jewelry, and always wears the most elegant clothes. The horcrux which exemplifies this trait is in the shape of a diadem, a golden jewel dangling from the center. In essence, it causes the wearer to become a kleptomaniac and a hoarder. They get the uncontrollable urge to steal things and keep them for themselves. It also gives the wearer an uncanny skill with conjuration spells, allowing them to create whatever worldly objects they desire. ⇢ LUST. The Dark Queen keeps her allies close with an odd combination of fear and love. She has a curiously close relationship with all of her her subordinates, unlike most tyrants. Granted, she's never allowed anyone into her room, let alone her bed. If she did that, she would seem more mortal than she would like to admit. Although she doesn't look it, she's a master manipulator. She becomes the reason and the passion behind her subordinates when they fight and when they kill. The horcrux for this aspect of her is a collar-like necklace made from pure gold, displaying a glimmering ruby in the center. No one really knows how the wearer of this object got it on, but there's no way for it to be taken off (with the exception of beheading the wearer, of course). It makes the wearer feel intense lust (though some claim that it is truly love) towards anyone they meet. Especially (and ironically) the Dark Queen. No one has ever heard of her sleeping with this person, but it is known that she holds and kisses them quite a bit. The necklace also gives the wearer an absurdly powerful affinity for making potions (especially Amortentia). ⇢ PRIDE. She has a bit of a superiority complex to say the least. To be more accurate, she believes that she is a goddess, and wishes her subordinates to treat her as such. The person who wears the horcrux of this sin is given the belief that they are just below her in power: the king/queen of the world. Therefore, it is fittingly in the form of a crown. It gives the wearer both an increased skill with charms and the ability to cast wandless spells with power equal to casting normal ones. After all, wands are so troublesome when your hand is needed to hold a scepter. ⇢ SLOTH. Although she does some things on her own (usually the more exciting tasks of her dominaiton), most of the more tedious and unglamorous tasks fall to her followers and subordinates. The horcrux which embodies this sin is within a simple, blue turquoise bracelet. It causes the wearer to become incredibly lazy (and consequently, incredibly good at coming up with excuses). It's not that they're incapable of doing work; it's just that any form of work seems incredibly dull to them, and is thus a waste of their time. Magically, it allows a person to cast non-verbal spells with power equal to normal spells. It also enhances their skill in apparition (since actually walking someplace is such a bore). ⇢ WRATH. Don't get on her bad side. Seriously. She'll skin you and force feed you your own eyes if you get her mad. Perhaps you should consider investing in some chocolate... But that's not even the worst of it. Most of her raw vengeful rage was put into her final horcrux: iron reaver claws, with blades stained with crimson. They cause those who possess them to have an insatiable love for death. Killing becomes their ecstasy, blood becomes their wine. The spit in this horcrux has also been known to possess the wearer, sending them into a murderous frenzy. The claws physically strengthen the wearer, and give them an augmented skill with curses and a talent for summoning demons. HISTORY: Born Azura Garnet, daughter of two middle-class wizards who weren't the least bit prominent by any stretch of the imagination, her life promised to be an average one. She was raised just like any good girl should be raised. Her parents were kind to her, she had plenty of friends, and she went to a decent, though little-known wizarding school in Ireland. She doesn't recall exactly when her interest in the Dark Arts began. In actuality, it probably didn't begin at one moment, but rather, it steadily accumulated as she grew older and learned more until her yearning to master it was utterly overwhelming. Azura is old; she's even older than her oldest subordinates, since her original subordinates had long ago died from old age. This is primarily due to her horcruxes, which she has perfected to a level far beyond the first Dark Lord could ever hope to achieve. She experimented with her ideas by encouraging her subordinates to create horcruxes in new, horrible ways. There were some who had horrific failures, but eventually, she found a method which transcended all of her previous efforts and the efforts of all those who came before her. After this -- she was in her late forties by this time -- she created her own horcrux. It was the first of many. In honor of this great achievement, she killed not one, but both of her parents, who were entirely helpless before her growing power. After a time, Fallen had created seven horcruxes, leaving her shattered soul but a fraction of its former fullness. She began recruiting wizards to her cause, entrusting her horcruxes only to her most trusted subordinates. She had chosen the first six (since she had given one to Gula, her dragon) nearly perfectly. Only one was not entirely committed, but he was quickly disposed of (and his remains gruesomely skewed atop a church as a public display). Since then, she has never needed to kill a subordinate due to their insubordination. Now, she only kills them if they become too weak to be of any help to her (which is usually around when they turn 80). Aspirations: To take over the world and kill every muggle and mudblood in the most horrible ways she can think of. Obviously. Doesn't everyone? Anyway, unlike the previous Dark Lord, the Dark Lady is much more accepting. Of course the humans and mudbloods need to die (isn't that common knowledge by now?) but other pureblood magical races (such as centaurs, merpeople, and veera) are accepted as powerful additions to her new world. Not as equals, of course, but with a higher status than they currently hold. However, they must be pureblooded. In her mind, it's simply absurd to think that different species should have children together. INVENTORY: --A second, hazel wand which she uses for summoning certain demons. --The horcruxes of her 6 most trusted subordinates. --A silver ring always worn on her left middle finger (also used for summoning). Face Claiming: PANTY & STOCKING WITH GARTERBELT, anarchy stocking, azura garnet. MY NAME IS ICE AND I'M A PENGUIN. |
