HISTORY:
⇢ one of the most prominent memories kaiden has is of getting his wand. it truly was an amazing experience for him, and he can't seem to forget the tingling sensation of warmth after he held the 'right' wand in his hands. that, and he kind of.. set the storekeeper's hat on fire with a wrong wand. he's been.. kind of fearful of using spells that have to do with fire now.
⇢ another event in his history that's difficult to forget is being constantly teased in school. he's a half-blood, after all, and as such did go to a muggle school before coming to hogwarts. he was gangly, awkward, shy; perfect prey for those looking to make a fool of him. he still carries the fear of being physically attacked and teased though such an event carried on for a short time.

⇢ kaiden hasn't really thought toward what he wants to be just yet, though it would probably be a good idea. if anything he'd probably have something to do with herbology, maybe even become a teacher at hogwarts for the subject if it becomes available.
INVENTORY:
-- his glasses: kaiden has a hard time seeing things close to him, he's a far-sighted fellow and things like reading can be somewhat difficult if he doesn't have his specs on him. he usually keeps them in his pocket or in his cloak. he has to be careful not to wear them around his owl; they'll be shattered before he has a chance to realize what just happened.
-- a muggle mp3 player: try as he might, he has a hard time letting go of the thing. he loves music, and honestly it helps him relax and forget his troubles for a bit. kaiden knows there's probably more advanced or even magical options out there, but he's familiar with his technology and quite satisfied with it.
-- mace: yes, mace. pepper spray. he's absolutely terrified of other people trying to hurt him and as such has a way of warding people off if they try anything. wouldn't it make sense to use his wand, you might ask. well, yes, but he's also scared of getting in trouble for hurting someone. and he's just terrified of hurting people in general.
